Security notice: Fraudulent emails misusing the Orbspace name

Fraudulent emails impersonating Orbspace

We have recently become aware of unauthorized, fraudulent email campaigns that misuse the Orbspace name to impersonate our company and staff.

Please be assured that our internal systems are completely secure, and this is strictly an external impersonation attempt. To protect yourself, please keep the following information in mind:

How to verify authentic Orbspace emails:

  • Check the Domain
All official Orbspace communications will only come from the official orbspace.com domain
  • Check the Sender
We never use generic email services like @gmail.com, @outlook.com, @icloud.com and similar for our business operations. We only use @orbspace.com without exception!
  • Inspect the Links
Before clicking, ensure any web links point directly to the official orbspace.com domain (e.g., https://orbspace.com/…). Do not trust domains with hyphens or extra words attached, such as orbspace-security.com.

What you should do

If you receive a suspicious email claiming to be from Orbspace that does not originate from orbspace.com, do not click any links or reply to the message. Please delete it immediately.

If you are ever in doubt about the authenticity of a message, do not hesitate to reach out to us directly through the contact form on our website (please select category “Cyber security”).

Email authentication (for webmasters and IT administrators)

To assist our partners in filtering out malicious lookalike traffic, please note that Orbspace publishes strict email authentication records. All legitimate emails originating from our systems are fully compliant with:

If you manage a corporate mail server, you can confidently configure your filters to flag or reject any message claiming to be from Orbspace that fails these cryptographic checks.
